Garden Nanny ensures your plants thrive, by empowering plant novices and giving advice to plant veterans to stay on top of their overall plant care which includes a watering schedule. What distinguishes it from regular and outdated reminder apps is it helps the user develop a sense of a habit, and holds the user accountable to his plant care with rewards as future discounts on plant related purchases. What makes Garden Nanny even unique is its plant sitter feature for travellers looking for people to plant sit when Plant Parents are unable to care for their plant babies.

Potted is a very similar concept to remind plant owners to water their plants .Getting set up is easy , simply add

your plants, give them a title and a photo and set a regular watering schedule. Potted will then send you

reminders when it's time to water them again. If you miss a day watering your plants potted will re-evaluate and

reschedule your next watering session accordingly. It is missing a feature to explicitly give care details when

the plant appears to be drying out or dying since the watering reminders are set by the user and is not

suggested as per plant needs. User relies on his or her schedule to create these reminders.

Planta helps you learn how to keep your plants alive with care reminders, step by step guides, plant

identification, plant recommendation, and other information about the plant. It has a plant diary where you can

make notes and track what you are doing wrong that is killing your plant.
