About Me

Im a Designer based in San Francisco, California. I am passionate about creating user-focused experiences that are delightful, accessible and impactful in both spatial and digital design systems.

​

I currently work at TrustCloud where you can complete compliance certifications by automating your program with APIs, using AI to reduce manual work, and testing your controls and policies to achieve continuous compliance and earn trust

​

In the past I have worked on designing experiences for fan engagement and user experience for the Super Bowl through overlay and interaction design. In my experience as a spatial experience designer, I have learnt that clear, inclusive, creative design as solutions to complex problems can help create and accelerate to market product designs and customer experiences that people love. This passion and attention to detail has given me the ability to mediate and cope with rapid change in design processes. Ideas come first for me with conceptual thinking informing the design process. This is something I carry on from my architecture background.

With my sports and event design experience at Populous and other creative pursuits through Experience Design, I see myself in Product Design roles that are strongly influenced by interaction, experience and 3D design.

I am curious by nature, and enjoy learning new things - currently, I'm teaching myself VR/AR design with Cinema4D and UnrealEngine for product experiences!

- Led business growth through design experiences and developed a UX improvement roadmap for TrustCloud’s Compliance and Risk Management tool, driving the successful delivery of 15+ new features and 40+ improvements across the platform to meet GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and customer revenue generation needs.
- Most recently led the design and implementation of
AI-driven risk management suggestions, reducing users’ time spent on risk assessments by over 60 minutes.
Spearheaded the design and developed Slack and HTML/CSS email notifications for compliance and risk management tasks, boosting customer adoption for Slack by 60% in 60 days.

- Product-managed the development of a task management tool and document repository, which increased product engagement by 15% within four weeks.

Reduced latency in key workflows by 13+ seconds through design system adoption and UX improvements, enhancing overall user experience.

Project 1 - Time travel app with responsive UI for Desktops and other devices, Overhauled all information architecture after conducting target audience research, competitive analysis, surveys and 1-1 interviews to draw out a road map for feature prioritisation. Conducted User testing with prototypes and defined user and task flows prior to this. Created a working prototype with an AR interface mock up as an add on feature

Project 2 - Added a feature as part of a UX study to CLUBHOUSE to improve usability and improve on painpoints discovered during research. Improved delight and usability by 94%
